Help them learn ministry management and leadership principles to the extent they could fulfill their vision. Many have been trained in theology but never shown how to lead the development of a non-profit ministry. If I can help them succeed, I have fulfilled my calling.

I get to work with a variety of ministries and by making small changes, enable them to move into God’s next step for their ministry. When their leadership makes that jump to the next level of excellence, I know I have followed God’s purpose for my life.

I am passionately committed to help my fellow ministers thrive as leaders in the Kingdom. My background in financial planning, fund raising, and Christian ministry are all part of what God did in my life to prepare me for this day.
