Segue Foundation is always looking for seasoned ministry professionals with a deep love for ministry, and a keen understanding of business principles. Most of our consultants are actively involved in a full time ministry and have a solid background in leading large ministries and/or leading businesses. However, we are always interested in helping successful Christian ministry professionals utilize their early retirement years to invest in other ministries.

Segue consultants are willing and able to invest in other ministries while receiving a modest stipend for their time. They fully buy into the idea that we are not here to consume resources, but to multiply them.
