Cross Style International Ministries

Cross Style International Ministries is a nonprofit organization that provides training and support for ministers and evangelists. The expansion to nearly 150 training centers world-wide has consumed most of the resources needed to sustain the organization. Together we have developed a strategic plan to bring vitality and sustainability to the organization.

Northwest Indiana District Church of the Nazarene

Segue Foundation is currently working with NWI District Church of the Nazarene to develop a planned giving system to help local churches expand ministry. Segue worked with this organization through an extensive planning process preparing policies and procedures for this ministry, and is currently working with NWI to recruit and train the volunteer staff.

DeKalb Community Impact Corporation

Recently Segue worked with Auburn Church of the Nazarene to set up a community organization referred to as DeKalb Community Impact Corporation. Auburn Church has provided programming that has helped endless families in their community. The financial and personnel strain upon the church became overwhelming. Together we envisioned a separate organization that could provide grants and community funding for these programs while still maintaining the Christian focus. All the structure is now in place for the new organization to launch its first annual fund drive and apply for community grants.

Good Shepherd United Methodist Church (GSUM)

Good Shepherd hired Segue Foundation to address a variety of stewardship issues, including increasing tithes, improving and existing endowment system, and resolving issues surrounding a multi-site ministry. Segue Foundation’s work with this church was crucial in raising tithes and offerings as well as finding real solutions that brought effective change to the multi-site ministry.

Indiana Nazarene Clergy Association (INCA)

INCA was born out of a coalition of the four Indiana districts of The Church of the Nazarene. Segue Foundation was key in the formation of this group, leading them in the discovery, organization, and implementation of their ministry. Helping them secure over $800,000 in grants, this newly formed group is now developing long term plans to impact Nazarene pastors across Indiana.
