Join Segue Foundation for this year’s South Dakota Pheasant Hunt. This year’s trip holds a special price of $750 and is limited to 10 hunters. Held at Pheasant City Lodge, you will enjoy the world class hunt on this Christian Owned Pheasant Lodge and Ranch. Your fee includes 3 days and 4 nights at Pheasant City Lodge, meals at the lodge, and some of the best pheasant hunting in the country. All you have to do is get your license, bring your gun and ammo, and show up.

Hunting begins December 1 at 10 AM and ends at dusk on December 3rd. However, we have arranged for free housing if you want to arrive the evening of November 30. We have also arranged for free housing on Saturday night the 3rd if you prefer to leave Sunday morning.

Mission vs. Vision

I am often asked what the difference is between mission and vision. Think of it this way; mission asks the question, “why does our organization exist?; while vision asks the question, “where do we see our organization going in the future?

Churches often have trouble with these concepts because there may be an umbrella organization that dictates who they are and where they are going. In addition, some people consider strategic planning a nonspiritual process that takes faith out of church operations. In fact, faithfully seeking God for every step of a comprehensive plan can be a tremendous motivator as churches see God’s hand in fulfilling the plan.

If I could do one thing for ministries, I would…

Invest my time and effort into getting people to think more deeply about God and the call of God upon their lives. Most of us are good at expressing the generalities of the Christian faith. But can our leaders and ministries articulate their unique calling, and their church’s unique calling within the Kingdom of God? Until they are able to do this, they may be missing the mark in serving God and their neighbor with their gifts and resources.

What I love most about working with Segue…

I am called to serve Jesus Christ through the ministry of enabling and encouraging others to extend God’s Kingdom. Segue allows me to fulfill this specific calling in a direct way with pastors, churches, and other faith-based ministries.

What I bring to Segue…

I bring to Segue an intense believe that God’s grace is sufficient to resource God’s plan for ministers, leaders, and ministries. I have an approach that often challenges conventional thinking and analysis for our clients. I encourage people to think out of the box, but not to embark on change without a plan for managing the change. I have strong gifting in discernment, management organization, business and financial work, and mission implementation.
