What do I need to do to sign up for MY STRATEGIC PLAN through Segue Foundation?

  1. Go to the STRATEGIC PLANNING landing page..
  2. Once on the Online Strategic Planning Tool’s landing page, you will need to click the “BUY NOW” button at the bottom of the page.
  3. This will direct you to set up the software with one administrator, as many department managers and team members as you like.  You can add more later, but it is helpful to know what each of these are and to set it up as close to your needs as possible on the front end.
  4. Complete the registration process and begin using the software.

What is the difference between the Plan Administrator, Department Managers, and Team Members?

Understanding the difference between the Administrator, Department Managers, and Team members will help you determine how to setup your online planning account.  Their roles fall in line with the process of setting up the plan, implementing the plan, and tracking your progress on the plan.  In setting up the plan, the Administrator will input organizational wide objectives.  For each of those objectives, Department Managers will develop specific goals and action steps for their team members.  Team members will mark their progress on those action steps throughout the implementation of your plan.  The Administrator and Department Managers can run reports that show the organizations progress towards completing the plan.

So, in the sign-up screen you will see the following areas and will choose how many department managers and team members you will need. (There is always one administrator)

Base Plan/Administrator($39/month) 1
Base plan administrator is the one person who can input organization-wide objectives. Department managers establish goals that are aligned with these objectives. The administrator has access to all areas of input in the software. You account will automatically be set to 1 administrator and cannot be changed.
Additional department managers ($4/user/month)
Department managers can add department goals that flow from the organizational objectives placed in the plan by the administrator. Managers can also add goals, tasks and time-lines for their team members. You should establish a manager account for anyone who is responsible to give oversight to a group of team members. You can set as many managers as you prefer.
Additional team members ($4/user/month)

Team members can modify the status of their assigned tasks, and will also receive automatic emails reminding them of action items that need to be accomplished. Team members have the most restricted access to the software.

What kind of support do I get with MY STRATEGIC PLAN?
